Private Round is a round of fundraising from investment funds and early-stage investors.

Token Private Sale will be unlocked immediately 7% after the Public Sale round is completed. All tokens in the Private Sale round will be unlocked after cliff 3 months and then 12 months with a total token amount of 240,000,000 CAPS.
